When you place an order through Bluvanta, you are making an offer to purchase the products identified in that order at the price and on the terms displayed during checkout. Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that every aspect of the order has completed processing. Bluvanta may review an order for availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, pricing or listing errors, delivery limitations, or other legitimate operational concerns before fulfillment proceeds.
Prices, product availability, and promotional status can change over time. We work to present accurate information, but occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing, imagery, availability, or other storefront content. If a material error affects an order before fulfillment, Bluvanta may contact the customer with the available options, which may include correcting the information, requesting confirmation, or cancelling and refunding the affected portion of the order where appropriate.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information reasonably needed to process your purchase, including customer and delivery information. Bluvanta provides free shipping on all products and states an order delivery time of 3–5 calendar days. This timeframe describes the store's current delivery expectation, while the actual status of an individual shipment can depend on order processing, carrier movement, delivery conditions, address accuracy, and other circumstances connected to that particular order. Customers should use the most recent tracking information available for the order when reviewing shipment progress.

Tracking information may take time to appear or update as a shipment moves between processing, carrier acceptance, transit, and final delivery. If tracking information does not explain the current status or a shipment appears delayed, contact Bluvanta support with the order information and the latest status shown so the available records can be reviewed.
Customers are responsible for providing delivery information that is accurate and suitable for receiving the order. If an address or other order detail needs attention, contact support as quickly as possible. A requested change cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has progressed. If tracking shows an order as delivered but it cannot be located, review the normal receiving areas associated with the address and then contact support if the package remains missing.

Bluvanta provides free returns and exchanges within 30 days. A customer who wants to begin a return or exchange should contact Bluvanta within the stated window and follow the instructions provided for the specific order. Do not send a product to the business address without first receiving the applicable return guidance. Keeping the order information, relevant components, and packaging available can help when the request involves a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item.
Bluvanta also provides confirmed automatic promotional benefits. Successful email subscribers automatically receive 15% off sitewide, with no discount code required, and the benefit is not limited to the first order. Selected promotional products automatically receive 20% off, also without a discount code. Eligibility for a product-specific promotion depends on whether the product is included in the applicable offer at the time of purchase.
Separate promotions should not be assumed to combine unless the storefront or checkout actually applies them together. Customers should review the product price, automatic discount, shipping treatment, and final order total shown at checkout before submitting the purchase. If a confirmed offer is expected but does not appear, contact support before completing checkout when possible so the situation can be reviewed before the order is finalized.
Free returns and exchanges are available within the confirmed 30-day period.

Customers remain responsible for following product instructions, applicable law, appropriate safety practices, and guidance suited to their experience and the conditions in which the product will be used.

These Terms should not be read as taking away protections that applicable law says cannot be waived.
